     The HoPe Leadership Academy is for 20 exclusive students who are truly passionate and committed to being a leader in their community. The leadership meetings happen once a month and consist of a speaker who comes to talk and engage students through the topic of leadership. A speaker assigned to North Gwinnett, comes and engages students through a leadership book. By reading this students, students are able to unlock the nature of quality leadership, through lessons. The HoPe leadership chapter at North Gwinnett helps achieve HoPe's mission of increasing graduation rate among Hispanic students through leadership, education, and community service.
